Founder | Director

Effath Yasmin is a leading Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, an award winning International Board Certified Lactation Consultant & a Documentary Film-maker. She is also an International Speaker, an Author and a Bach Flower Practitioner. Her special interests lie in Infant Oral, Sucking & Airway Dysfunction, Tongue Tie, Birth Trauma, Craniofacial Development and a range of chronic physical and mental dis-eases & quantum energy phenomenon. She applies these sciences into Life Coaching, Inner Child Healing and Parenting. Her approach stems from fundamental truth of human organism is complete and self-regulatory. The treatment & counselling approach is by deep listening & true empathy to mind, body and spirit rather than by intervention. Under her private practice, Nourish & Nurture is an outreach clinic for families seeking professional clinical lactation management, parenting counseling and craniosacral biodynamic treatment.

Meet Shreya, a dedicated Lactation Care Counselor and psychologist and a mother of a 6-year-old who she home-schools, Shreya's own journey of parenthood was profoundly shaped by her well-supported birth and breastfeeding experience. Inspired by the transformative power of this journey. Shreya pursued training and internship under Yasmin, and further deepened her knowledge and skills at the Nourish & Nurture Clinic. Today, Shreya is committed to providing compassionate and informed support to mothers, drawing on her unique blend of psychological insight and lactation expertise.

Dr. Mansi Jani Joshi

Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

With overall 15 years of experience and a mother to a daughter, Dr. Mansi Jani Joshi is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a Consulting Physiotherapist specializing in women’s health , pregnancy fitness , childbirth , post pregnancy fitness and overall womens health , diet and wellness. She has counseled & supported thousands of mothers and their babies, offering personalized guidance on their breastfeeding journeys , maternal nutrition, and postpartum care. Dr. Mansi also focuses on antenatal and postnatal exercise, including pregnancy yoga, fitness sessions, and postpartum workouts. She is a member of the International Lactation Consultants Association (ILCA) and BPNI, dedicated to supporting healthy breastfeeding journeys , infant and young child nutrition worldwide. Dr Mansi has expertise in handling challenging breastfeeding situations including , engorgement, cleft palate , latching issues , breast infections , clogged ducts , breast abscess , relactation , breast to bottle & bottle to breast transition methods , infant feeding post 6 months and weaning from breastfeeding. Dr Mansi's lactation support and guidance starts right from pregnancy to child birth and beyond. With her friendly nature , every new mom feels comforted and heard.

Shameeha Azeez

Process Executive & Course Coordinator

Shameeha Azeez is a newcomer at NnN, working as a Process Executive and Course Coordinator. She handles backend tasks, client communications, audits, and social media inquiries, contributing to the efficiency of operations. Shameeha is also a student of Effath Yasmin’s Living The (Whole) Truth program, where she is continuously enhancing her skills. Alongside her professional and educational pursuits, she is a proud mom of a toddler, successfully balancing work and family life.

Eugenia Cooper

Center Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Eugenia Cooper recently joined NnN as an Executive Assistant and Centre Coordinator. She is responsible for managing all front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, client communication, and handling Flower Remedy services. Eugenia takes charge of overseeing all tasks at the clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent service to clients.

Sri, a mother to a 6-year-old, first joined Nourish and Nurture Academy as a lactation student. Since 2022, she has taken on a pivotal roles of Executive Assistant, Course Coordinator & Communications Manager at Nourish & Nurture Academy & Center for Excellence, where she actively manages the Academy's operations and workshops. Her involvement reflects smooth operations & her passion for the organization's vision, mission and commitment to empowering families.

Introducing Bilha, a passionate writer, singer and mother of an almost 4-yearold, who has been part of Nourish and Nurture magazine as part of the editorial team since the very beginning. Her journey with the Nourish and Nurture began as a client and attending every Nourish and Nurture workshop as a participant, and she recently joined the team in a professional capacity as a media professional.

SANKEERANI SATISH

Sankeerani, a mother of two from a traditional southern state family, has been with Nourish & Nurture e-magazine since its very beginning. Juggling multiple roles within her family and their business, her work with the magazine has been a constant source of inspiration and grounding. Over the years, she’s formed deep connections with the stories and people she’s encountered, and these relationships have become incredibly meaningful to her. For Sankeerani, the Nourish & Nurture team has evolved into an extension of her own family.

Meet Priya, a vibrant single mom living in Coimbatore with her lively 10- year-old son. With a passion for words, music, and the joys of childhood, Priya has forged an unconventional path in her career. From her beginnings as a journalist working with various media and publishing houses, she has transitioned into a content writer. Now, she pours her creativity into crafting and editing motivational stories and articles, inspiring others along the way.

ZAARA D’SOUZA

Zaara D’Souza, a vibrant 17-year-old, brings her passion for community and creativity to Nourish & Nurture! As an 11th grader with an eagerness to learn, Zaara loves editing and crafting meaningful stories, and inquiring on the humanities. Whether she’s writing, reading, or thoughtfully designing projects, Zaara is dedicated to creating things that inspire and give back to society.

DR. ROOBALA CHELLADURAI

Roobala, a mother of two and a full-time Scientific Officer, has been part of the Nourish and Nurture community for the past 1.5 years. Her journey with the Living the Truth Program, flower remedies, and BCST therapy has brought about a deep personal transformation. She’s now excited to embrace a new chapter by joining the editorial team of Nourish and Nurture Magazine. Roobala looks forward to contributing her energy and skills to this nurturing and empowering space.

Dr. Gunjan Modi

PGDip Operative Dentistry (KCL), PGDip Interceptive Orthodontics

Dr. Gunjan Modi is a general dentist and mother whose personal journey into motherhood sparked a profound interest in airway health, sleep, and craniofacial development in children. She thoughtfully incorporates these principles into her orthodontic and restorative care, placing a strong emphasis on tongue posture, nasal breathing, and early intervention. Trained in India in 2016, Dr. Modi has been practicing in the UK since 2019. She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in restorative dentistry at King’s College London and undergoing advanced training in early interceptive orthodontics under the guidance of Dr. Steffen Decker and Dr. Stefen Cloete. With a partner working in longevity medicine, Dr. Modi is deeply passionate about the long-term effects of airway health on sleep, development, and mental well-being. Her approach is holistic and collaborative, aiming to empower parents and support families from the very beginning.
