About Nourish & Nurture

At Nourish & Nurture, we are aware that the journey of becoming a mother is not a straight line—it is a spiral of becoming, filled with hope, grief, joy, confusion, doubt, love, and longing. There are fears you may never have voiced: What if I can’t conceive? What if I’m not strong enough for birth? Will I lose myself in this? Will I have pain? There are aches buried in the body—from loss, from pressure, from not being seen. There are needs that run deep—to be supported, to be trusted, to rest, to be held without judgment.

And then there are desires—quiet ones, wild ones—to give birth in your power, to breastfeed with ease, to raise a connected child, to love and be loved in partnership. There are even sacred fantasies that live in your bones—of feeling whole, sovereign, beautiful, and deeply enough.

But reality often meets you with a different story.

Breastfeeding can bring more than bonding—it can bring excruciating pain, cracked nipples, engorgement, and fear. You may wonder if your milk is enough. Your baby may be unsettled, always crying, unable to sleep, or show signs of colic, reflux, or GERD, leaving you overwhelmed, helpless, or even questioning your worth. These aren’t just feeding issues—they are emotional, physical, and relational crossroads that deserve more than quick fixes.

We don’t dismiss these. We walk with you.

Our offerings are born from this deep listening. We integrate scientific precision with soulful presence, clinical skill with compassionate inquiry, to meet the whole of you—the woman behind the mother, the child within the parent, the body holding the story.

Whether you’re navigating fertility, preparing for birth, unraveling breastfeeding struggles, or rediscovering yourself in parenting and marriage—this is a space that sees you. Holds you. And helps you become whole again.

"I had a very good experience with the healing treatment and diet prescribed by her. I was someone who have been looking for something really natural and as pure as it could be for treating any kind of health issue and here she is the Goddess Effath Yasmin. She is so pure and natural. We need more people like her to treat illness in a very natural and effective way without any chemicals being injected into our body. I'm really thankful to her for coming into my life and being a saviour for myself and my family. Just simply trust her and enjoy the process of Healing. It's simply magic. ✨ Thank you so much Yasmin mam. 🤗"

Yasmin came into my life at such a crucial time in my mothering journey. I was told to lots of ‘experts’ that my baby needed additional supplements at 4 months old as he wasn’t gaining any weight. I couldn’t reconcile with this as it contradicted everything I read and felt about my child. I then spoke with Yasmin who explained what is normal and what to expect. With her by my side I felt confident to me be and Rohan and I had a very long and successful breastfeeding journey. Yasmin was also a great support when I went back to work and supported my desire to continue to nurse. Her judgement free expertise allows a mother to truly find her own voice. Thank you Yasmin.

"I feel very blessed to have met Effath Yasmin and her therapy works like a miracle. It may seem hard to understand why it’s a miracle. But only when you experience the therapy for yourself or for your loved ones, you can really believe in it. Yasmin ma’am have an innate ability to listen and read the body. She draws forth hope and confidence in a safe and trusting manner. She sees past the surface issues and gave me exactly what I needed to progress. She is professional, gracious and I highly recommend her work. Thank you very much Yasmin ma'am. Check the FB page of Nourish and Nurture for my full testimonial."
