About Effath Yasmin
Effath Yasmin is a trailblazing thought leader in the field of maternal and child health, known for her pioneering work at the confluence of science, spirit, and deep empathy. With a career rooted in personal transformation, she is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST), and a registered Bach Flower Practitioner (BFRP). She is the founder of Nourish & Nurture, an integrative healing space where families are guided to thrive through conscious health, compassionate science, and alignment with divine truth.
Her life’s work is shaped by a profound understanding that the body is innately wise and self-regulatory when listened to deeply. Yasmin’s clinical excellence is reflected in her groundbreaking work on integrative approach to birth trauma, infant oral sucking dysfunction, tongue tie, and craniofacial development via restoration of dynamics & mechanics of breastfeeding.
Beyond the clinic, Yasmin is a passionate educator, internationally invited speaker, and an award-winning documentary filmmaker of Untying Breastfeeding, which has received global recognition for unveiling the silent struggles of breastfeeding women. She is a contributing author to Womb to Thrive, a key publication on prenatal psychology & M-Factor: Memoirs by Mothers
Her signature offering, Living the Whole Truth, is not just a program—it is a way of life. She invites individuals, especially women and mothers, to step into radical self-awareness, realign with universal spiritual whole truth, and embody their inherent wisdom. Her guidance spans the emotional, physical, relational, and metaphysical realms—meeting each person where they are.
Yasmin’s approach is deeply intersectional, grounded in evidence-based science, ancient healing wisdom, and evidenced faith-based conscious living. She consults on issues from infant trauma to generational healing, from structural birth injuries to emotional resilience, and from personal empowerment to global systems change.
She is currently leading the development of transformative initiatives including her upcoming book on Alioproception—a seminal concept exploring embodied empathy and relational physiological healing—and a large-scale documentary series archiving postpartum cultural wisdom across the world.
